RuMac is the stage name of Ruairidh Maclean, an accordion player from Ullapool who began with traditional Scottish music before drifting into a collision of genres — from Gaelic songs to heavy metal rock. His debut album, The Bloody Box, has accumulated over 1.5 million streams, and his YouTube videos have garnered more than 2 million combined views. He reached the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent and appeared as an accordionist in the 2025 film 28 Years Later.
