The Unforeseen Annoyances of Intimacy is a 60-minute comedy farce performed by Cecile Fayter, Daniel Golding, Joseph Hollas and Rachel Simm at the Olive Studio. The play follows Stevie, an actor who has just landed her big break, and the complications that arise when her jealous boyfriend objects to her performing sex scenes on stage. She arranges a meeting between him, her co-star, and an intensely uninhibited intimacy coordinator, and what begins as reassurance quickly spirals as boundaries blur, egos clash, and personal and professional lines become hopelessly tangled.
