About the show
The Truth About Trees is a children's show by Apropos Theatre, performed at The Box, Edinburgh Festival Fringe. When Alfie's Grandpa reveals that paper, made correctly, can tell the story of the tree it came from, Alfie isn't sure whether to believe him. Once he starts to listen closely, he realises he is the only one listening — and must spring into action to save the trees from being chopped down. Told through actors, puppets and shadows, it is a heartwarming story about nature, stories and standing up for what you believe in. The show runs for 60 minutes and is suitable for children aged 5 and over.
