However, the plan is disrupted when Sally Clief – the nephew’s former wife, posing as his future bride – arrives determined to sabotage the proposal. Caught between loyalty, ambition and moral responsibility, August agrees to help Sally stop the proposal, unaware that her intentions escalate toward revenge.
