About the show
The Painted Revolutionary is a new political satire from Tip Top Theatre Collective in which political concepts become strange, deeply flawed and unrelenting characters. Struggle lives amongst words in her bookshop while Order pops by to check she is well and in line. Something is about to happen that hasn't occurred in years: Struggle will have an audience and a burden of responsibility. Bringing change won't be easy, and with a host of complicated concepts and characters, the show asks whether it will be worth it. It runs for 60 minutes at Theatre 1 and is priced at £14.
Why see this show?
A political satire where abstract concepts — Struggle, Order and others — take on flawed human form in a bookshop. Tip Top Theatre Collective make the language of politics personal and unexpectedly funny.
