The King of All Birds is a one-woman show for voice and vocoder by sound artist Martha Knight, supported by Culture Ireland, performed at the Former Gent's Locker Room. It is described as a love letter to the history of flight, drawing on the phenomenon of aerial photos being displayed in Irish homes from the nineteen-sixties and expanding outward to explore ancient mythological birds and the present day of aeroplanes and satellites.
