About Jamie-Diane Rajaram
Jamie-Diane Rajaram presents a darkly humorous, unflinching exploration of mental health, grief and trans identity. Shortlisted for Disabled Comedian of the Year 2026, she delivers a deeply bold and personal performance. Through unrequited wishes shaped by gender dysphoria, she confronts psychotherapists, psychiatrists and clinical gatekeeping in pursuit of diagnosis, while sharing moments of grief so intense they nearly lead to her sectioning. This work in progress is performed at the Terrace and is described as expecting laughter, heartbreak and truth told without apology.
