About The Stand Comedy Club
Jack Docherty is a man steeped in UK comedy. He first performed at the Edinburgh Fringe in 1980 and went on to write for television comedy series including Spitting Image, Alas Smith and Jones and The Lenny Henry Show. He then wrote and performed in four series of Absolutely before launching his own late-night chat show. More recently he has appeared in Scot Squad and The Chief, and is co-founder of Absolutely Productions. This 60-minute in-conversation event is presented by The Stand Comedy Club at Stand 3.
