About Sasha Nezlobin

Sasha Nezlobin is a stand-up comedian who left Russia after making jokes about the war in Ukraine and lost a successful career — TV shows, films — overnight. Now starting from scratch in the western world, he must rebuild his life, support his family and stay out of reach of his government. His solo show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe follows his journey through absurd and unpredictable situations, including one strange night in a hotel with Kevin Spacey. Performed at the 10 Dome, the show is for audiences aged 16 and over and contains strong language.

Why see this show?

A comedian on the run from his own government, rebuilding from nothing and turning the chaos into material — this is stand-up with genuine stakes. Absurd, personal, and unlike most shows at the Fringe.
