The Mackintosh Choir, directed by Glasgow-based composer Au Arias, performs a choral recital at the Main Church, St John's on Princes Street. The choir was established in 2011 and is based in St John's-Renfield Church, Kelvindale, Glasgow. The principal work is Arias's Tango Mass, premiered in Glasgow in 2024, together with the world premiere of his newly composed Magnificat. Arias is originally from Argentina and is also musical director of the Anstruther Philharmonic choir. The show runs for 90 minutes.
