Remember, Remember! is a ridiculously camp new musical from WIT? Theatre Company and Pleasance, performed at the Queen Dome. Four actor-writers from Fringe-favourite comedy show NewsRevue deliver a deliberately misinformed, inaccurate retelling of the Gunpowder Plot — Britain's most infamous tale of treason. Expect hilarious songs, forbidden love and explosive action. The show runs for 60 minutes and is suitable for ages 16 and above. It contains strong language, scenes of a sexual nature, and broad comedy. The show won the Glitch Award at the Lambeth Fringe and the Pleasance's Charlie Hartill Fund.
Why see this show?
A gloriously camp musical romp through British history that revels in getting everything deliberately wrong. If you enjoy irreverent comedy theatre with strong songs and a queer sensibility, this is a treat.
