Prateek Kohli: Denial
Prateek Kohli / PBH's Free Fringe • Professional company
About the show
Prateek Kohli is an Indian comic who has been building a reputation on the UK comedy circuit, performing at venues including The Comedy Store, Up the Creek and Komedia. His show Denial finds humour in the everyday absurdities of life in India, the US and the UK — the three countries where he has lived and performed. The material turns historical, political and, when least expected, tips into outright denial. He has been shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Award, was runner-up at the West End New Act of the Year, and is a finalist at the Komedia New Comedy Award.
Why see this show?
A free show from a comedian who has already caught the attention of the industry. Prateek Kohli's cross-cultural perspective and willingness to go political makes for stand-up that is sharper than the average Fringe bill.
