The Only Bones Project presents a physical-theatre odyssey through deep space, from the Big Bang to the death of the stars. A single nonverbal performer — jelly-like and extraordinarily physical — plucks creatures from evolutionary history and pushes, bends and twists their body and the boundaries of physics, creating mind-bending comedy and entire worlds out of nothing. Each version of this work adheres to a strict set of rules: one performer, one light, no text, no set, no props, no narrative, all within one square metre. Runs 60 minutes at Downstairs.
