Morphological Murmurations is a free, multisensory installation by Theodore Koterwas at Inspace Gallery. Visitors are placed within the semantic structure of an AI language model, where a flock of artificial agents responds to their movements, visually and sonically activating words. Drawing on embodied communication, neurodivergence and models of animal behaviour, the work uses visitors' own movement, muscle memory and spatial awareness to explore how embodied minds coordinate to create meaning through patterns of bodies working together.
Why see this show?
An unusual free installation that turns AI language into something you can physically move through. If you are curious about how language, bodies and artificial minds might relate, this offers a genuinely novel way of exploring that question.
