About the show

Morning Sauna Rave is an immersive experience from Sauna Sessions Arts Club set in a sauna theatre at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. DJs play body-moving beats as attendees flow between the heat of the sauna and ice baths, accompanied by state-of-the-art lighting and full immersion surround sound. There is no alcohol — the event runs on bass, endorphins and a natural high. The show runs for 90 minutes at Sauna Theatre and is suitable for ages 14 and over. All audience members must wear swimwear.
