Hatchard, who has accompanied Spike Milligan, Frankie Howerd, Cleo Laine and David Essex, among others. Directed by Olivier winner Guy Masterson (The Shark Is Broken).

Concert pianist Mike Hatchard plays Ludwig van Beethoven in this one-man show combining virtuoso pianism with Teutonic stand-up comedy. Beethoven reincarnates to put the record straight after a life of battling a broken heart, broken body and broken ears. Hatchard, who has accompanied Spike Milligan, Frankie Howerd, Cleo Laine and David Essex, delivers an hilarious insight into the composer known as 'The Mad Pounder' as he comes to terms with life, death, music, Amadeus, Bach, Chuck Berry and his wretched final sonata.
