In Her Hand is a new-writing historical play presented by Surgeons Hall Museum at the Haldane Theatre. Drawing on real journals and letters from women serving with the Scottish Women's Hospitals in World War One, it is a defiant, darkly witty play following an unlikely friendship forged through service on the Balkan front. Thrown together, two very different women confront catastrophic injuries, scarce supplies and constant danger, armed with quick thinking, gallows humour and fierce determination. Ticket price includes entry to Surgeons' Hall Museum. The show runs 50 minutes and is suitable for ages 12 and over.
