About the show
Panad Productions brings a satirical, educational comedy show to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe exploring historical views on sexuality and gender. Performer Callaghan guides audiences on a journey from Victorian misunderstandings of female anatomy through to the so-called debauchery of sexual pleasure, using comedy to interrogate ideas that have shaped — and distorted — how society understands women's bodies. The show has been developed with the support of Soho Theatre Labs and packs a great deal of serious thought into a fast-moving and funny fifty-minute performance.
