About the show
Hope This Helps! is a satirical comedy by Shark Bait Theatre, set at a wellness retreat called The Retreat where guests can log off, detox and connect with nature — or perfectly kept astroturf. Five eccentric internet addicts search for an easy fix for their mounting problems, hoping that cucumber peels and trust exercises can restore their happiness. When a violent storm threatens their plans, they must question whether anyone can truly go off the grid. The show explores wellness culture, connection in the digital age and the act of touching grass for once. Suitable for ages 14 and over at theSpace @ Venue 45.
