Hans Zimmer's Hollywood is a live film music concert presented by Fringe Classics at St Vincent's at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Pianist Matthew Leigh Shiel leads a film orchestra through scores including Hans Zimmer's music for Batman and The Da Vinci Code, John Williams' work on Jurassic Park, Star Wars, Harry Potter and Schindler's List, Ennio Morricone's Cinema Paradiso and Gabriel's Oboe, and Joe Hisaishi's Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle. Inspired by the film Interstellar, the show time-warps cinema history, intersplicing modern film music with retro cinematography, and includes a digital cameo from Charlie Chaplin.
