Fool's Gold is a 45-minute farcical comedy from University of York Drama Society, performed at Annexe as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Set in the Last Chance saloon, the story kicks off when foul-mouthed regular Sam discovers a bag of gold hidden by the barkeep. The other patrons squabble over who deserves it and how it should be spent — until the most fearsome bandit in the west arrives to reclaim what is his. A caper involving cowboys, dynamite and property damage. Tickets are £8 (£4 concession). Suitable for ages 14 and over. Contains strobe lighting and strong language.
