Tales of surgeons, murderers and witches await. In our Spirits Lab, you’ll discover the sinister history of gin. Mix your own Perfect Specimen cocktail as your guide shares the gruesome story of Southside’s most notorious murderers. In our whisky distillery, you'll discover the tragic story of medieval alewives accused of witchcraft. Your journey ends in our candlelit Cask Room for a Bothy Session and spooky whisky tasting.
