Book NowAbout the show
Darren Gaffney: The Full Gaffney is a debut headline stand-up and storytelling show at The Waverley at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Born in rural Ireland in the often-forgotten County of Cavan — 20 minutes from the border with Northern Ireland — Gaffney grew up on Irish farms where the ways of GAA, religion and drinking were instilled from an early age. Now a 28 year-old "redneck culchie" from Ireland's quiet yet mental countryside, he describes, rants, shouts and laughs at a life full of mad events and crazy Irish characters.
Why see this show?
A debut headline show from a County Cavan comedian who brings the full flavour of rural Irish life to The Waverley. Rants, laughter and a cast of crazy characters that only someone who grew up there could conjure.
