A Queen's Way is a medieval satire by Napier University Drama Society, performed at Ivy Studio. When an unwilling and inexperienced teenage peasant named Karalyne makes one stupid mistake, she finds herself thrust into ruling a kingdom built on murder, thievery and chaos. Overwhelmed by new responsibilities and threats, Karalyne questions why so many aspire to power and whether fame is worth the stress. Characters and audiences alike are invited to ask: what is the value of power?
