Whisky Under the Stars is an immersive tasting experience held inside Dynamic Earth's 360° Planetarium. Guided by in-house astronomers Dr Alastair Bruce and Antonia Newell, guests journey through the Solar System while discovering the surprising links between whisky and space. Holyrood Distillery provides three exceptional whiskies — Embra, Ambir and Pitch — to accompany the experience. Two whiskies are served in the Dome and the third in the immersive Rainforest Gallery. The event runs for 105 minutes and is for audiences aged 18 and over.
