Trauma and Tiramisù (WIP) is a work-in-progress stand-up and storytelling show from two Italian comedians — Alessio Esposito and Tino Giaccotto — who bring their emotional baggage, dodgy accents and a layered dessert of generational trauma to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The show tackles the experience of trying to integrate into British culture without losing their identity or their temper. Expect espresso-fuelled rants, Nonna-level guilt and more hand gestures than punchlines. Running 60 minutes at the Big Yurt, tickets are £3. Suitable for adults aged 18 and above.
Why see this show?
A refreshingly honest work in progress from two Italian performers navigating cultural identity with self-deprecating warmth. At £3 a ticket, it's a low-risk invitation into something genuinely personal — comedy that comes with carbs, Catholicism, and a lot of hand gestures.
