About the show
The LAMPS Collective retells the Easter story — the life, death and resurrection of Jesus — through monologue and song in this contemporary drama. The story is told from the perspectives of three characters: Peter, Mary Magdalene, and a Roman centurion named Marcus. Together they lead audiences through the events of Holy Week, to the cross and beyond, in a production described as moving, memorable and ultimately joyful. Running for 75 minutes at Palmerston Place Church, the show is suitable for ages 12 and over.
