About the show
The Last Oak Tree is a family show from Grace Productions that follows three explorers on a magical journey to find the last Oak tree. Along the way they encounter bugs, birds and bumblebees, and the story weaves together clown, puppetry, song, dance and a message of guardianship for the natural world. The show first premiered as The Last Baobab Tree on the Kenyan coast. Having won the Keep it Fringe fund 2025, Grace Productions brings it to Edinburgh with a new UK team. It runs for 45 minutes and is suitable for ages 3 and over.
Why see this show?
A gentle, joyful show for very young children and families that blends clowning, puppetry and song with a warm sense of wonder about the natural world. The Keep it Fringe fund 2025 backing speaks to the quality of the work.
