Tethered by The Harbourers Theatre Company is an immersive installation combining emerging technologies and dance theatre. Set in a future dystopia where genetic predispositions to chronic illness have been triggered by a worldwide technological phenomenon, characters Rose and Taylor narrate their sensations and memories as they attempt to come to terms with their relationship and the world at large. The 40-minute performance invites audiences to embody and play with the boundaries of separation, questioning the importance of personal care and connection in a world of increasing isolation.
