In this peaceful environment, from the comfort of your chair, she offers gentle stretches mixed with funny life anecdotes to help you loosen up your body and mind. The show promises plenty to take away and practise whenever you find yourself on a chair. It is free to attend and runs for 50 minutes at the Back Room venue as part of Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
