Singin' I'm No a Billy Jr, He's a Tim Jr – Young Offenders is a 75-minute contemporary comedy theatre piece by NLP Theatre Company, performed at the Lomond. Written by Des Dillon, the play locks a Celtic ultra and a Rangers ultra in a prison cell on the day of the big match. Through their explosive confrontation, the show delights, entertains and educates on the religious origins of the Celtic-Rangers conflict. Beneath its humour, it explores bigotry and ethnic identity on both a small and large scale, tracing the generational repercussions of Catholic and Protestant strife.
