Scott Turnbull presents a wonderfully weird comedy show that blends music, poetry, physical theatre and clowning with handmade animations created using felt-tip pens and an old overhead projector. The show features a vampire rabbit with a taste for travel and other unexpected tales of love, death and Teesside. Written, devised and performed by Scott Turnbull, directed and co-written by Ed Gaughan, with original music by Jeremy Bradfield. The show runs for 60 minutes at the Former Womens Locker Room as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and is suitable for those aged 16 and over.
Why see this show?
Handmade animations, lo-fi storytelling and a vampire rabbit with a taste for travel — this is surreal comedy made by hand, with real craft behind the nonsense. A warm oddity well worth tracking down.
