Backyard Alchemy and New Celts Productions bring this new comedy-theatre piece to Space 3. Lizzie has always dreamed of a whirlwind romance like in the movies — and then she is quite literally sucked into her TV set to become the star of her own romcom. The hometown hunk, the big-city boyfriend, the childhood best friend: everything is perfectly arranged. But is this really everything Lizzie wanted, or is she simply under the control of an omnipotent TV god? A glitchy, funny and surprisingly pointed story about fantasy, agency and what happiness actually looks like.
