About the show
One Kiss is a one-woman musical by One Voice Theatre Company featuring eight original songs. The story follows three women whose lives are connected by an old book, What It Means to Be a Woman, given to Georgia on her sixteenth birthday. Georgia is now in an unhappy marriage; Shirley, her long-lost best friend, has become a nightclub singer in New York; and Maud, Georgia's mother, is the orchestrator of their downfall. From childhood to motherhood, the book's secrets are passed from hand to hand, revealing the choices we make and the chances we miss. The show contains mature themes and runs for 60 minutes. Suitable for ages 12 and over.
