Join Matt Holborn and his quartet for a concert dedicated to jazz violin legends Stephane Grappelli and Stuff Smith. Major figures in jazz from the 1930s onwards, Grappelli played with Belgian guitarist Django Reinhardt and Stuff was a leading jazz violinist in the US from the 1930s onwards. The set features selections from Stuff and Steph's repertoire alongside original music from Matt’s upcoming album, For Stuff, inspired by Smith's style and legacy. Swinging jazz violin with top London band. Fraser Urquhart – piano, Simon Read – bass and Joe Dessauer – drums.
