'I did a tour of NZ with Markus Birdman, who wiped the floor with me every night. He was fantastic' (James Acaster). 'I bloody love Malinda Mukuma. She’s hilarious' (Jen Brister). Expect more fresh, hilarious comedy from these two superb comics. There will be bits where they're doing stand-up solo (actually Markus mostly sits, as he’s fairly blind), some together, where they are very rude about each other and some bits where Malinda is singing like a diva and Markus is interrupting like a teenager.

About the show

Markus Birdman and Malinda Mukuma bring their alternative and musical comedy to the Cinema Room at Edinburgh Festival Fringe in a free show presented through PBH's Free Fringe. The show mixes solo stand-up — though Markus mostly sits, being fairly blind — with moments together where they are very rude about each other, plus sections where Malinda sings like a diva while Markus interrupts like a teenager. It is a blend of two distinct comic voices performing alongside each other and occasionally at each other.

Why see this show?

Two very different comedians sharing a stage and making the contrast work. The mix of solo stand-up, musical moments and cheerful mutual rudeness makes for a varied free show well worth catching.
