Victoria Evaristo Norkor Arts presents this interactive comedy-theatre piece at the Dunedin Theatre. The show tells the story of a mixed-race Liverpudlian great-grandmother of Nigerian and Irish heritage who celebrates her birthday by recalling a rollercoaster of memories — from childhood in a Welsh convent to meeting her Nigerian husband, and travelling to Nigeria. The performance observes Liverpool's social, economic and political life through a uniquely humorous lens. Running for 60 minutes, it is suitable for ages 12 and over.
