About Lubna Kerr
Lunchbox is a new writing theatre piece by Lubna Kerr, performed at The Green as part of Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The play follows Steven, a troubled Scottish boy, and Lubna, a Pakistani girl, both growing up in the same Glasgow street, as it traces their divergent paths through the lens of bullying, school life, and the nature versus nurture debate. The storytelling explores whether teachers can shape students, whether a bully can be redeemed, and how family burdens shape young lives. The show runs for 60 minutes and is suitable for ages 12 and over.
