Lucky Tonight! is an interactive theatre show written and performed by Afreena Islam-Wright, presented at Traverse 2 during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Afreena, a former contestant of The Chase, leads the audience through an interactive pub quiz format to tell her own story — from the streets of Old Trafford to the coast of Chittagong — exploring what it means to be British and Bangladeshi, and not quite fitting into either. The show runs for 90 minutes and is suitable for ages 14 and over. It contains strong language and references to racism, pregnancy and child birth, child loss and death.
