Jotunger is a Scandinavian band who perform in full Viking gear, playing ancient instruments to open a door to the past through original compositions, familiar Viking songs and tales from the Sagas. At The Mother Superior Cave, Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the 90-minute experience includes three small courses and two drinks — including a selection of mead from Danish company Mjødgård. The event explores the historic connection between Scotland and Scandinavia stretching back to the Viking Age. Suitable for ages 18 and over.
