Grease is a musical theatre production from Edinburgh University Footlights, performed at The Sanctuary. Set in 1959 Chicago, the show follows Sandy and Danny alongside the Pink Ladies and Burger Palace Boys as they navigate love, friendship and identity — plus the all-important hand jive. With classic tunes and unforgettable characters, this iconic musical is presented through special arrangement with Theatrical Rights Worldwide. Book, music and lyrics are by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey, with film songs used by arrangement with Robert Stigwood. The production runs for 150 minutes and is suitable for audiences aged 12 and over.
