Gaza Food and Stories is a 60-minute storytelling and true-life event hosted by Diline Abushaban, an author and storyteller from Gaza living in Scotland, presented by Welcome to the Fringe at Town Hall during Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2025. Diline prepares a popular Gazan recipe live while sharing stories about Palestine's culture and cuisine — their role in dealing with grief, resisting injustice and maintaining a deep connection with home.
