About the show
Float is a new autobiographical solo show by Indra Wilson about the lonely, turbulent journey of experiencing pregnancy loss as a queer young person. Presented by F-Bomb Theatre at the Other Yin, the show follows Astronaut Indra on a nine-month mission to the moon. A black hole forms when a star dies, exploding into tiny little pieces until it returns to the dust it once was — as if it never existed. With dynamic sound and projections, Float is a heartfelt and hopeful debut running for 60 minutes.
Why see this show?
A debut solo show with genuine emotional depth and a striking theatrical language — dynamic sound, projections and a space-travel metaphor that illuminates something very personal. Hopeful as much as it is heartfelt.
