Edinburgh Youth Orchestra Summer Season 2025 is a 120-minute orchestral concert at Main Church Sanctuary, Edinburgh Festival Fringe, conducted by Musical Director Sian Edwards. The programme opens with Frank Ticheli's Angels in the Architecture for wind, brass, percussion, double bass, and solo soprano, followed by Vaughan Williams' Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis for double string orchestra and string quartet. The second half is devoted to Gustav Holst's The Planets, with the National Youth Choir of Scotland (NYCOS) Chamber Choir joining for the closing movement. Tickets are £12; suitable for ages 5 and over.
