Google Paul WadyAbout Paul Wady
Eccentrics Return is Paul Wady's long-running Guerilla Autistics show, returning to the Fringe for another outing. The show takes Wady back to an earlier identity — Eccentricity — before the language of neurodivergence and neurodiversity took hold. Along the way, audiences meet figures including Milligan, Patricia Highsmith, Ed D Wood Jr, Edith Sitwell and Quentin Crisp as master of ceremonies. Part comedy, part autistic elder storytelling, the show invites the audience to use Eccentriconograph forms to discover whether they themselves might be Eccentric.
Why see this show?
A one-of-a-kind show from an autistic elder who's been doing this his own way for years. Wady's affectionate, idiosyncratic take on eccentricity makes for something warm and genuinely unlike anything else at the Fringe.
