Debussy's Romantic Piano by Candlelight – Clair de Lune is a 60-minute classical music and storytelling show performed by Moonlight at St Vincent's on the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Pianist Matthew Shiel combines romantic piano pieces with the atmosphere of candlelit Venetian masked balls, weaving in the scandalous love affairs of the great composers. The programme features a new romance composed specially for tonight's artist by Dr Alfredo Caponnetto — Notturno VI — alongside digital animations by Shanghai artist and Disney illustrator Emma Yitong Shen. Tickets are £19.50, and the show is suitable for ages 12 and over.
