Death on the Clyde is a Scottish folk tale murder mystery by Scotch Bonnet Productions, performed at The Speakeasy. Based on the legend of the Bean Nighe — also known as the Washerwoman — the story sees a wee village on the river Clyde rocked by a death on the night of Samhain. A soldier, a doctor, a priest and two musicians desperately try to uncover the truth. The 60-minute show blends music, mystery and murder with Scottish fantasy and folklore.
