About the show
Cutting the Brakes is a dark comedy play by Centre Stage Company following Danny Fraser, a millionaire who is miserable despite having it all. When Danny dies unexpectedly, he finds himself investigating his own death alongside a snarky grim reaper whose patience wears thin. Together they discover what people really thought of him, and Danny faces the ultimate question: does he deserve to live again? The show runs for 50 minutes at the Haldane Theatre as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and is suitable for those aged 16 and over.
