Cartoonopolis is a solo show performed by Lewis Ian Bray, telling the true story of his brother Jack, who is autistic and on the cusp of his eighteenth birthday. Jack's imaginary world — Cartoonopolis — is a rest from reality: a make-believe metropolis of cartoon capers, adventures, villainous villains and heroic heroes. Back in the real world, Jack and his family navigate overstretched services and a system not fit for purpose. The show blends storytelling, multi-rolling and imagination. It runs 75 minutes at the Jack Dome.
