About Brian Kennedy
Brian Kennedy is an Irish singer, songwriter and interpreter with a phenomenal 35-year career. His exceptional vocal talents span from his 1990 debut The Great War of Words to a Joni Mitchell tribute he toured with. A constant presence on stage from Ireland and the UK to Asia, he served as a Secret Garden guest and was the first international artist to record the globally famous anthem You Raise Me Up. Van Morrison recruited him as guest lead singer for his blues and soul revue tour, and Kennedy featured on five of Van's albums.
